Delivery

Strek – ship to wherever you are. The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time:

• Norway: 3-10 working days
• Europe: 10-14 working days
• The world: 14-18 working days

Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will most likely have to go through customs authority for clearance – this might effect the delivery time.

Shipping

All goods are sent from Oslo, Norway and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay.
Prints are carefully packed in tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. However, if you experience any trouble, please report to strek@heleneegeland.no

Returns

Prints bought from Strek av Helene Egeland are fully returnable within 7 days upon receipt. The items must be returned unused and in mint condition, in the original packaging. Please note that expense for the return shipment is handled by you.
